Ana Lua Caiano

The artist explores the combination of traditional Portuguese music with electronic music and “everyday sounds”. She creates melodies that reference tradition – with choruses, harmonies and canons – paired with synthesisers, drum machines and the sounds of everyday life. Her music transports traditional Portuguese heritage into the modern, electronic and technological world. In Manresa she presents her brand-new EP Se dançar é só depois.
