Fado Bicha

A project of music and activism that represents an unprecedented exploration of the universe of Fado, transcending its rigid barriers and creating narratives for themes that have hitherto remained unexpressed. A subversion of heteronormative standards, a key element of traditional Fado, laying claim to the right to appropriate a heritage that is also theirs and to use it in accordance with their identities and experiences.
