Pau Gómez is slowly cooking up an artistic piece about traditional cuisine, stories and memories. Primer plat is an intergenerational get-together around a casserole, a culinary experience where we will prepare a dish under the guidance of an expert with skilful hands in the kitchen. Together with him we will share the recipe and other secrets and memories.
